Hi there, I’m Matt Bourne. I’m an Australian yoga teacher and health coach.

My path through life has been the constant pursuit of methods to bring health and wellness to people from all walks of life. This journey took me from working my first job in a public hospital, to becoming a qualified personal trainer, massage therapist, pilates instructor and yoga teacher.

In my decade long search, across the globe, I have found yoga to be the most complete system for achieving true health through all dimensions of being. From the physical balance of strength and flexibility to emotional resilience, mental clarity & transcendent bliss.

My hope is that we may all come to know the fullness of good health and find this state of oneness and union beyond expression.
