Yoga

Private Yoga classes are a great option for both building a strong foundational knowledge or taking your practice to a deeper and more advanced level. 

With a personal focus we are able to:

  • Personally tailor the practice to you and your goals 
  • Modify your existing practice to be appropriate for the individual needs of your body
  • Develop skills and principles that will inform you how to correctly perform asanas during a group class
  • De-mystify advanced postures and build a progressive program to achieve them
  • Learn sequences, breathing exercises and meditative techniques to use for your own self practice. 

1 Hour sessions can be arranged in person, or online through Skype. 

Sessions can include one additional person.

Health Coaching

Not sure what area of your health is letting you down? Or not sure what the next step is to break through a plateau? As a Health Coach, I am able to work with you to educate and motivate you while holding you accountable.

In our one-on-one coaching sessions we will be able to specifically target these areas:

  • Develop a custom made exercise & movement program that reflects your goals
  • Provide nutritional guidance and advice to fuel your body, strengthen the immune system and detoxify the lymphatic system
  • Build lifestyle habits that support your health and wellbeing
  • Overcome stress-related issues and addictive behaviours
  • Access to all my tools and educational material that I have to offer
