Yoga

Private Yoga classes are a great option for both building a strong foundational knowledge or taking your practice to a deeper and more advanced level. 

With a personal focus we are able to:

  • Personally tailor the practice to you and your goals 
  • Modify your existing practice to be appropriate for the individual needs of your body
  • Develop skills and principles that will inform you how to correctly perform asanas during a group class
  • De-mystify advanced postures and build a progressive program to achieve them
  • Learn sequences, breathing exercises and meditative techniques to use for your own self practice. 

1 Hour sessions can be arranged in person, or online through Skype. 

Sessions can include one additional person.
